Growing up in the 80s, Damian regularly watched MTV. To him, music videos were like mini-movies, and he always enjoyed seeing how the artists visually represented their songs and band members, especially the songs he had heard on the radio. Damian’s background in dance and choreography makes him an easy fit working with band members to make the concept of their song visually as powerful and entertaining as their song, leaving an ever-lasting impression on the audience.

The Shakori Hills GrassRoots Festival of Music & Dance is a collaboration between the Shakori Hills Community Arts Center and the GrassRoots Festival Organization, providing a family-friendly celebration of music, dance, art and education; a Music Lovers' Paradise!
Continuing to expand his talents and skills, in the fall of 2010, Damian produced and edited promotional content for one of the best music festivals in the world, the Shakori Hills Festival of Music and Dance for a free pass for the event.
